At the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, I help to manage Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat profiles with a combined following of over 100,000 subscribers.

Being a non-profit, I have helped to established a particular voice that is factual, but fun; we develop Downtown economically, and our subscribers get to enjoy that.


  • Helped increase our Instagram following from 1,000 to over 19,500 followers (+1,950%)
  • Verified the Facebook and Twitter accounts
  • Ran numerous social media contests and giveaways with partners such as the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Council
  • Have had two tweets featured in BrandChannel articles regarding the Picklesburgh event
