One of the most relevant courses I had taken at Point Park University was Venues & Facilities Design and Administration. There, I learned the differences in venues, what costs are associated with varying sizes of buildings, and what staff are common to encounter in the venue management world.
The final project in that class was to design a fully-functional venue. To do that, I looked at a neighborhood I love (Downtown) and found what I thought it could use best.
The final design I came up with was a multi-purpose venue called “The Triangle” with music and art curated by Downtown Pittsburgh.
